Heated Ashtanga Plus is a class that links breath to movement. During practice, you will flow through a structured Ashtanga series, interlaced with Vinyasa poses. Strong holds and flow between poses produce the physical benefits of muscle strengthening and flexibility combined with mental benefits of letting go and improved focus. All levels are welcome as the use of props and modifications will be provided. This is a heated class, set to 86 degrees.
