About this Event
Heat pumps are quickly moving from niche technology to a mainstream part of building electrification in Colorado, creating new questions and opportunities for homeowners, contractors, business owners, students, job seekers, and clean energy professionals alike.
This panel will bring together local heat pump and home-performance experts for a practical discussion of what Coloradans should know about the technology, the market, and the direction of residential electrification. The panel will cover heat pump basics, common misconceptions, cold-climate performance, hydronic and air-source system options, whole-home planning, contractor and workforce needs, and how programs like Power Ahead Colorado may shape adoption across the Denver metro area. Whether you are considering a home upgrade, working in the building or energy sector, exploring career pathways, or simply trying to better understand Colorado’s clean energy transition, this panel will offer practical insight from experts working in the field.
Join us in person at Odell Brewing Five Points Brewhouse at 6:30 PM for refreshments and networking, or join us online when the talk begins at 7:00 PM on Zoom.
