South Arkansas Center on Aging (SACOA) is bringing Healthy Eating and Tasting (HEAT) back to HealthWorks! Social distancing protocol will be in place so space will be limited to 29 participants.
Although box meals will not be served at this time, there will be a cooking demonstration and bags with all of the ingredients for Burrito Bowl will be sent home with each person attending.
