We’ll kick things off with a full hour of guided breathwork led by a pro—your chance to shake off the week, slow your pulse, and find that calm-before-the-chaos exhale.Once everyone’s in the groove, we dial up the playlist with feel-good, upbeat tunes and roll into two hours of sauna rotations under the stars. Picture laughter drifting through the steam, mocktails in hand, firelight flickering (weather permitting), and just enough buzz to feel like a pre-holiday celebration without tipping into party mode. It’s all about connecting, unwinding, and letting the stress melt right out of your shoulders.

Meet the Instructor
Meet Adriana Maldonado — the woman who can literally talk your nervous system off a holiday cliff.
Adriana is a Milwaukee-based 800-Hour Yoga Therapist and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher with a gift for helping people breathe, soften, and come back home to themselves. She blends yoga, breath work, and EFT tapping into a grounded, soulful approach that feels less “guru on a mountain” and more “your calm, wise friend who knows exactly what your body needs.”
For Heat Haven After Dark, Adriana is bringing her signature magic to help you unwind from the season’s chaos. She’ll guide a restorative breath work experience that’s all about releasing tension, resetting your mind, and reclaiming a little inner quiet before the holidays crank up. No pretzels, no power flows — just deep breaths, a softer pace, and space to reconnect with the self you’ve been too busy to hang out with.
Outside of After Dark, Adriana leads classes for every body type and every experience level, always keeping things inclusive, gentle, and deeply human.
