Hearts+Minds

This is part of a class series. The sessions will take place from 1:30-3:00pm starting on 3/27 until 4/24.

Hearts+Minds is a wellness program designed to educate and empower individuals to better manage their health, mentally and physically. It provides current research and information on how mental and physical health intersect, with a focus on how nutrition and physical activity can be used to effectively address symptoms and conditions. This program also provides information on managing medications, chronic pain, and improving sleep. Additional health topics and areas of interest are discussed, along with actionable ways to improve health and wellness with tools, strategies, and simple steps that make sense and aren’t overwhelming. It’s time to correct the idea that mental and physical health are separate conditions: NAMI Minnesota believes that mental health is physical health.

NAMI Minnesota Cancellation Policy

NAMI Minnesota thank you for registering to attend one of our classes. We understand that unforeseen situations arise and you may need to cancel your registration. If you are unable to attend, a substitute individual is welcome to attend in your place, but NAMI Minnesota must be notified in writing (e-mail is acceptable) with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending. NAMI Minnesota reserves the right to cancel any event, conference, or class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a cancellation, participants will be notified by telephone and/or email as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
