Bring your loved ones, your besties, or just your fabulous self for a morning of fitness, connection, and joy.

• 11:00 AM: Warm-up stretches and an exciting meet-and-greet to connect with fellow participants.
• 11:15 AM: The 5K Walk/Jog begins! Enjoy a scenic route through Prospect Park, starting and ending at the pavilion.
• Inclusion for All: This event is designed for both beginners and seasoned walkers/runners.

💌 Swag Bags: All participants will receive a Valentine’s Day-themed swag bag filled with goodies to enjoy!
🎀 Ribbons for Fun: Couples will receive red ribbons, and singles will be given green ribbons—perfect for a little matchmaking magic or simply meeting new friends.
