Hearts & Minds Memory Café! [Special Activity: Personal Training]

September's Memory Café will include a free group-personal training session with trainers from Send Me a Trainer! They'll lead an exericse session and then answer questions anyone may have about fitness and adapting activities.

Memory Cafés are not a form of respite care, as more staff and additional cost/paperwork would be required. Care providers and recipients are expected to stay together during these events.
