February Hearts & Crafts: Root Chakra"Steady or Not, Here I Come"
We're kicking off the 2026 Chakra Series with the Root — the foundation, the ground beneath your feet, the place where you either feel solid... or not.
Some of us feel steady. Some of us feel wobbly. Some of us have been holding still for so long we forgot we could move.
This month, we're painting what it feels like to be here — grounded, unsteady, or somewhere in between.
What to expect:
A song to set the vibe (we'll listen before we paint)
Paint, canvas, and all supplies provided
Freedom to express whatever shows up — heavy shapes, light
colors, strong lines, soft edges
Zero pressure to share or explain
You don't have to be grounded.
You don't have to feel steady.
You just have to show up.
