HeartMath Workshop with Dr. Ann Baldwin (For Volunteers Only)
This intimate two-day workshop guides volunteers through proven tools to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and build resilienceu2014all while working alongside horses, whose sensitivity and presence deepen awareness and connection.
Volunteers will help with:
- Real-Time Biofeedback using emWave 2 monitors to track heart coherence
- Life-Changing Practices such as heart-to-heart breathing and Quick Coherence
- Equine Connection that enhances focus, emotional regulation, and inner peace
- Personalized Learning in a small-group environment for deeper impact
About the Facilitator:
Ann Linda Baldwin, PhD, is Director of Mind-Body-Science and a recently retired professor of physiology at the University of Arizona. She is a HeartMath Certified Trainer, Reiki Master, and certified Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) provider.
With over 130 published research papers, two books, and 30 years of federal research funding, Dr. Baldwin brings unparalleled expertise in stress physiology and horse-human interaction. Her lifelong experience with horses and equine-assisted learning adds a uniquely grounded and compassionate approach.
This workshop is more than training it's a reset. Come as you are and leave feeling centered, empowered, and better equipped to manage stress in daily life.
