Heartland Open 2025

Heartland Strength is hosting the Heartland Open , which will be held on Saturday January 18th, at Heartland Strength in Omaha, NE. Male and female competitors in Masters, Senior, Junior, and Youth divisions are eligible to compete! This will also be a "Last Chance" qualifier for this who want to compete at the 2025 North American Open Series I.

Registration runs until 01/7/23, and there are regular and late registration rates, so register soon! Registration is limited and is online only, so please register soon to reserve your spot. Each session will be limited to 15 lifters.

Competitors will receive an Heartland Open meet shirt included in registration fee if registered by 12/28/24 (size selected in registration process). The shirt will be will be like everything we produce here at Heartland Strength; strong and durable!

Medals will be awarded to top 3 in each weight class/category

Meet Schedule (tentative & subject to change)

If the number of registered athletes indicates a need for 5 sessions, then the schedule will be adjusted.

Saturday, Session 1: Weigh-in at 6:00 a.m. and lift at 8:00 a.m.

Saturday, Session 2: Weigh-in at 8:30 a.m. and lift at 10:30 a.m.

Saturday, Session 3: Weigh-in at 11:00 a.m. and lift at 1:00 p.m.

Saturday, Session 4: Weigh-in at 1:30 p.m. and lift at 3:30 p.m.

Specific weight classes and age divisions for each session will be announced via email once registration has closed.

Current USAW/IWF rules govern this meet, and all lifters must be USAW members. Lifters must bring USAW card and valid identification to the meet. No USAW applications will be accepted the day of the meet.

All athletes must register online and pay online for this year's event.
