Hearthside Chat: What your Hormones and Stress May be Telling You
About this Event
Hearthside Chats cut through buzzwords and provide a warm inviting space for women to learn directly from medical experts in dialogue. Through the perspectives of medicine, mental health, and holistic care, our panel will explore how physiological and emotional changes impact the heart and how practices that support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and resilience can help women thrive. Together, we'll examine what it means to care for the heart not only as an organ, but as a reflection of our overall well-being.
The evening will begin and end with light refreshments and socializing bookending a one hour panel discussion then Q & A session. Following the Q&A we have been welcomed by WUUM to continue the discussion in community until we organically disperse.
