Are you interested in how cooking was managed in the early 1800s? Come join us in the Thornhill kitchen to learn the basics of assorted hearth cooking techniques, 1800s style. We’ll make soup, bake bread, churn butter, and make dessert. At the end of our time, we’ll sit together and enjoy the food we’ve made. Space is very limited, and reservations are required. Please wear closed toe shoes and clothes you can cook in. Please bring an apron if you’d like to use one. Attendees must be 16 years of age or older.
