Heartfulness Retreat Jan 2026

Heartfulness Retreat is a weekend program for new seekers to come and stay in the serene and pious environment of Kanha Shanti Vanam and get introduced to the Heartfulness practices.

These 3 days would be to get introduced to Heartfulness as well as a dive into the offerings at Kanha. Detailed agenda is given below.

Participants are welcome to come on the prior evening before the start of the program.

Heartfulness Retreat

Anybody above 15 years of age can attend the program. It starts on Friday afternoon and concludes at Sunday lunchtime. This is a free program with Non-AC accommodation at the East Comfort Dorms, and food is provided at the common dining hall. Donations are welcome.

The program includes practical sessions of Heartfulness practices, a Kanha tour, Yoga, Brighter Minds, open discussion forums, "Me Time" for introspection, free time to explore the various offerings at Kanha, and a lifetime connection with the community afterward.

ID cards will be issued upon completion of six months of regular practice, which includes attending weekly online satsanghs or maintaining a consistent connection with a local trainer.

Venue of Training: North Building N32 & N33

Accommodation: East Comfort Dorm (Separate stay for Males & Females)

Participants should be prepared for walking within the premises during the retreats.
