~A beautiful journey into the heart with cacao,
gentle vinyasa yoga, breathwork, meditation
and exercises to connect deeper with yourself,
your heart and others.~

Than this workshop is for you!
Many of us have learned to silence and push away our truth and our feelings. This circle offers a safe and supportive environment to reconnect with your inner truth, and to explore what you truly feel, want, and need.
We begin by turning inward. Through cacao, gentle yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
From this deeper connection with yourself, we slowly open into connection with others. Through guided connection exercises, you will be invited to explore your truth in relation to others, and learn more about yourself and your patterns.

Lindsay Mackintosh /The Shift
Lindsay is a yoga teacher and facilitator who guides women and mixed groups through classes, workshops, ceremonies, and retreats.
Her work weaves together yogic, somatic, tantric, and therapeutic practices, creating a space for people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore their inner world.
With a calm, intuitive and playful presence, she supports others in listening more deeply to themselves and their inner world, and to move towards a more authentic, embodied, and truthful way of living.
💕No experience is needed.
