It trains leaders to coach their teams, not just manage them-using heart-based wisdom alongside structured coaching tools. A partnership where the leader uses compassionate presence and authentic connection to help team members raise their own awareness, shift perspectives, and grow-rather than being told what to do.

Program Fee(per person)

Tuition Fee: INR 55,000 + 18% GST
