Come rise to the day and the October Full Moon in this deep and multi-sensory experience of:

Cacao Ceremony, Elemental Movement and Yoga, Breathwork and Sound Healing, we will gather in circle and connect with our selves in community. As we do we will enjoy the superfood of theobroma cacao - infusing the elixir with our intentions to open our hearts. Deep breathwork and Elemental Movement will aid the depth of this connective experience guided by Camo Lionheart and Maddison Cowan.

Maddison, of Semilla Social Purpose Co., after years cultivating a relationship with cacao & the indigenous communities of Central America, will be sharing the cultural origins & message of the medicine. We will be sharing the cultural origins & story of ancestral stewards of cacao to transmit the message of the medicine & for all to understand the journey of this teacher medicine; how it has arrived from the seed to our cups. We will then be guided through a heart-space (the Anahata chakra) meditation and gentle yoga to allow the cacao to drop us deeper within this center.

After a co-facilitated Elemental Movement practice; Camo with over 1000 hours of training in breathwork and yoga will then facilitate us through a, "Hunters Full Moon Releasing Breathwork.” Helping to cleanse what is keeping us from our intentions and to step into the truth of our original self. This offering will end in softness with a frequency healing session of the Earth Gong amongst other vibrational healing tools.

This cacao, the “food of the gods” is both ethically + intentionally sourced by Semilla Social Purpose Co. from the Olmec / Maya kingdom (Veracruz, Mexico). There will be a limited amount of cacao on hand and will be available for purchase from semillawellness.com 

Things to bring/ wear:

-Your own Sacred Mug (Favorite mug)

    -Yoga mat

-Something soft to lie on

-Eye Mask

    -Blanket and pillow if you like

    -Wear layers 

    -There is no shoes in the Yurt so we recommend wearing/ bringing socks

    -A Journal and pen

    -Water bottle

   -Something you may want to add to the altar (picture of a loved one, stone, sacred item)

  -Arriving 10-20 minutes before the ceremony begins is recommended.

I am passionate about sharing the wisdom of plants, and indigenous peoples & facilitating the connection with Mother Earth. I draw inspiration for my classes and workshops from my education in traditional Hatha yoga, permaculture design, community facilitation, learning from indigenous teachers, journeys in Latin America connecting with sacred plant teachers, and ancestral wisdom. My dharma is to weave together the knowledge I have obtained through life, studies, deep love, and appreciation of nature, healing facilitated by plants, & my profound gratitude for indigenous peoples of the past, present, and future. This life is a prayer of servitude to the divine & sharing the importance of the intimate connection of mind, body & spirit to my fellow beings."

Camo:

Camo focuses his energy in self-empowerment and uplifting of his brothers and sisters, YOU. After years of repeating patterns of unhealthy addictive behavior and emotional suppression he began his journey into embodying his dharma (purpose). His explorations have brought him to receiving his 400 hour Breathwork Facilitator Certification, Reiki Master Certificate, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification, and 45 hour Yin Yoga Certification as a way to support his own healing journey. These skills he has experienced and diving into his shadow and inner-child healing have introduced a new since of freedom and trust within himself. Working with breath, energy, sound and movement; his intention is to share these technologies to give you the tools and experiences to live as your most powerful Self.
