This empowering 75-minute experience is designed to help you connect with your body, move with intention, and tap into your confidence. Whether you’re dancing for yourself, your lover, or simply the joy of movement.

Whether you’re brand new to heels, returning after a break, or an experienced dancer looking to reconnect with the fundamentals, this class welcomes all levels and gender identities in an inclusive, confidence-forward space.

💃 Sneakers over stilettos? Absolutely welcome. You’ll still gain valuable movement quality, musicality, and technique without wearing heels. If dancing in heels, we recommend 3–4 inches max with good ankle support for comfort and control.
