Heart disease is the leading cause of death among men and women in the United States. That’s why we are dedicated to raising awareness about ways to help prevent it. Please join us for a FREE community health event featuring AdventHealth Cardiac Rehab Manager Lisa Wilkinson, BS. Lisa will discuss the importance of cardiac rehab and share tips to get you started on a heart-healthy path. Blood pressure checks and heart-healthy food samples will also be available.
