Heart to Heart: A Monthly Women's Gathering Under the Full Moon

Join us for this evening of curated conversation, tea and sound bath meditation where we will honor and harness the powerful energy of the full moon as we share in circle together within the embrace of sisterhood.

This evening is an opportunity to slow down the pace of our lives so we can bring our focus inward and drop into life beneath the surface to hear what our soul is calling for.

We will begin the evening by imbibing the spirit of Blue Lotus tea. Blue Lotus was used by the ancient Egyptians as it was believed to provide a spiritual connection into the afterlife and offer communication with the divine. It is also known to promote lucid dreaming.

SHARING CIRCLE

After a breif guided meditation, We will move into facilitated conversation. This month’s topic is: “Finding Your Grounding in the Midst of Chaos.” These are thought provoking conversations that allow women to drop into their inner sanctum and share their true selves and what’s on their hearts while being witnessed and held in sisterhood.

SOUND BATH

We will conclude with a soothing sound bath, designed to help release any lingering tension and stress. As the healing frequencies wash over you, your mind, body, and spirit will be brought into a harmonious state of deep relaxation. The enchanting sounds will guide you on a transformative journey, allowing you to ground yourself and fully integrate the experience. With each note, you’ll feel a deep sense of calm, clarity, and renewal. By the end of the session, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply refreshed, inspired, and

This full moon falls under the sign of Leo, bringing a potent energy of self-expression, creativity, and courage. Spiritually, this full moon invites us to embrace our authentic selves, encouraging boldness in pursuing our passions and desires. It’s a time to release any fears or self-doubt that may hold us back from stepping into our true power. Astrologically, Leo’s fiery energy highlights themes of confidence and heart-centered leadership, while also urging us to find balance between our individual needs and our connections with others. This full moon offers an opportunity for personal transformation, shining light on what we need to let go of to make space for our most vibrant and empowered selves.

It is important that you arrive no later than 7:30 pm.

Coming in late disrupts the energy of the ceremony, and for that reason we would not admit anyone join after 7:40pm.
