Heart Space: Movement & Breathwork with Laura Bales & Anthony Rush

Join Laura Bales and Anthony Rush for a deeply immersive experience weaving together conscious breathwork and creative movement.

We begin with guided breathwork to open the body, soften protective layers, and invite sensation, emotion, and awareness to rise. The breath becomes a doorway into deeper presence with yourself, creating space for what has been held to move, shift, and be felt.

Anthony will then guide a heart-centered relational movement practice rooted in presence, connection, and creative expression. This practice invites exploration of both your individual expression and your connection with others, physically and or energetically.

Heart Dance brings us together in service of connection. Connecting within, connecting with each other, and connecting with the wider web of life we are a part of.

This is a relational, contact-friendly space that honors choice and consent. All physical touch is optional. Clear guidance around boundaries, choicefulness, and respect will be offered to support a space where you can move at your own pace and in your own way.

Both Laura and Anthony are devoted to creating spaces where people feel fully seen, heard, and met in whatever is present. Their work is grounded in somatic awareness and the understanding that the body holds deep intelligence and capacity for healing, expression, and transformation.

The combination of breathwork and movement can be profoundly powerful. Breath opens the inner landscape, while movement gives it shape, direction, and expression. What begins as sensation or emotion can become movement, sound, connection, and release. This allows the body to process and integrate experiences in a way that goes beyond words.

This is an invitation to move, feel, and connect in a way that is honest and alive.

Laura Bales is a seasoned breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed coach, and graduate student in somatic therapy. Her work blends breath, presence, and intuitive guidance to support emotional processing, self-trust, and deeper connection to the body. She creates spaces rooted in safety, attunement, and the belief that every part of you is welcome.

Anthony Rush is a creative movement practitioner trained in Somatic Experiencing, Gestalt, and transpersonal psychology. He facilitates heart-centered movement and relational dance spaces, and is deeply influenced by his teacher Zuza Engler, whose work is rooted in the lineages of Open Floor and Soul Motion. His offerings invite authentic expression, relational awareness, and connection through the body.
