Step into Heart Space, a mini-festival to ignite your senses and nourish your soul. Taking place on Saturday, September 28th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at TruFusion Post Oak, this immersive event is a celebration of holistic living, creative expression, and deep connection.

Heart Space blends music, movement, art, and education into an experience that transcends the ordinary. With four distinct spaces to explore, you’ll find yourself immersed in a world where you can play, learn, connect, and love:

- Move: Flow with the energy of the moment in our movement classes, where music and mindfulness merge. From a bass-heavy Sub Low Slow Flow yoga session to the serene embrace of Aroma Yin, this is where you’ll connect body and spirit in a dance of rhythm and relaxation.

- Play: Unleash your creativity and playful spirit in our vibrant arts and crafts zone. Whether you’re experimenting with tie-dye or floating weightlessly in an aerial hammock, this space invites you to reconnect with your inner child and embrace the joyful spontaneity of the moment.

- Learn: Expand your mind with educational talks that delve into the deeper aspects of wellness and spirituality. Our sessions on essential oils and the philosophy of yoga are designed to inspire, inviting you to explore new dimensions of knowledge and self-care.

- Vibe: Immerse yourself in sound and stillness in our chill-out lounge. With live DJ sets that blend into meditative sound baths, this space offers a seamless fusion of rhythm and tranquility, perfect for unwinding and finding your center.

This alcohol-free event encourages mindful celebration, with non-alcoholic adaptogen cocktails available for purchase, offering a taste of vibrant festival life without compromising your clarity.
