Heart Smart Moves

Overview:

Join us for a community program about keeping your heart healthy through movement.

During this class, you will learn about gentle ways to get in movement, exercise safety, heart rate zones, and current reseach on exercise. Two TFHC doctors, Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Titus, will be available to answer your questions and guide us in choosing healthy movement options.

Registration:

This is a free class. TFHC will provide the materials, but registration is required.

Space is limited to 40 participants.

Event Location:

The class begins at 6:30 PM. We will meet in the employee breakroom at the Osborne center. 4620 N. 22nd St. Tampa FL 33611. You will receive an email with location details prior to the event.
