On Sunday, September 13, HEART Foundation is hosting a Pho Fundraiser to help send students to Ascend (Tier 3) of the CLIMB Leadership Program. This is a life-changing experience that equips young people with the confidence, leadership skills, and purpose to create a better future for themselves and their communities.

Ascend is more than a program. Many of the students who attend have overcome significant challenges, and this experience gives them the tools, support, and community to believe in themselves and their future.
