Let the vibrations guide you to a deeper connection with your true essence and the love you deserve. Come as you are, and leave with a heart that’s open, free, and ready to receive.

What to expect: The Sound Journey will begin with a heart-centric guided meditation following by heart opening frequencies of sanskrit mantras, chants, sound healing instruments, like ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, handpan, drums, voice, shrutibox and chimes etc.

Please arrive on time to settle in.You will be sitting and/or lying down on the floor during the experience.

What will be provided: Limited number of yoga mats, bolsers and yoga blankets on a first come first serve basis.

What to bring:

1. Your beautiful smile and your beautiful heart.
2. Loose Comfortable clothes and layers. Generally temperature tends to drop in your body when you lie down in a state of relaxation.
3. A yoga mat in case you are late
4. Perhaps consider Bringing a pillow for your neck and an eye mask
5. Maybe a blanket or a shawl to feel cozy
6. A water bottle to stay hydrated

About the practitioner

Chumki Chakraborty, creator of Moss and Moksha, is a trauma-informed, certified sound healing practitioner with a deep grounding in Indian Classical music. Passionate about sound healing instruments and world instruments, she has a special affinity for the handpan and drums. Chumki weaves together Vedic mantras and intuitive chants during her healing sessions, drawing on both shamanic and Indian musical influences. Through her unique approach, she creates sound journeys that facilitate profound healing at a quantum level.

Chumki offers sound bath sessions at a variety of settings, including yoga studios, retreats, private group events, and corporate or small business gatherings.
