Heart Opening Singing Bowl Immersion

Sound has been used as a healing modality for thousands of years and has continued to develop and evolve. This Heart Opening Sound Bath will highlight the healing vibrations from singing bowls of both old and new, with minimal use of other instruments. This collection of both metal Himalayan singing bowls and crystal quartz singing bowls, will help to open up the heart chakra, bringing healing to the entire body, mind, and spirit. Sacred oils and smoke will be used to create a healing container for this sound bath.

Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that would make you more comfortable.

Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled in before class. Doors will lock at the beginning of class, so as to not disrupt the sound. No refunds or class credits are given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hrs before the start of class.
