Join me for an afternoon of somatic practices and ritual created to guide you into your heart.
When we live from our heart space life automatically has more flow, we feel more compassion, peace, a sense of home, a place we can rest. Society takes us away from that but there we can choose something different.
In this group of women we will discover ways to bring us back to our true essence.
"When we are disconnected from who we are we suffer. These journeys are not about changing who you are, but becoming who you are."
This circle is a 1 part of 4 circles being held over the weekend 25th and 26th January. Join for just one circle, or two, or or all 4. Food and community included.
We will begin at 3pm on Saturday 25th January with a light supper at 5.30pm.
