Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony and Sacred Sound Journey

Cacao has been used as a direct pathway to cracking open the heart and deepening connection to spirit for thousands of years.

*This specific cacao blend is ethically and sustainably sourced from a small family farm and is combined with Reishi mushrooms, Chaga mushrooms, Maca root and cayenne pepper. Please check in with us about any potential allergies before drinking this blend

In this healing event we will use cacao to release emotional patterning that is no longer in alignment with our true heart's essence. With the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, drums and other acoustic instruments, we can open ourselves up to more clarity, centeredness, and connection into our being. This sound meditation aids in releasing stress, trauma, and anxiety in our lives, to open our heart chakra to more trust, connection, and love for ourselves and the world around us. Essential oils and sacred smoke will be used to create a healing container for participants to safely explore their inner world and self-healing on all planes of existence.

Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.

Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
