About this Event
As the year begins, this Heart on Paper workshop invites you to slow down and turn inward — not to look for answers outside yourself, but to work with the questions that already live within you. January’s theme, Powerful Questions, centers on how the quality of the questions we ask shapes what we notice, choose, and create.
Through guided prompts and quiet reflection, we’ll explore how asking honest, well-formed questions helps your mind do what it naturally does best: search, notice, and connect.
Together, on the page, we will experience journaling as a practical tool for self-exploration and clarity, using questions as a way to access insight from within.
This workshop is an opportunity to:
- Slow down and listen inward, instead of searching for answers outside yourself
- Work with powerful questions that open perspective
- Explore what you want more of in 2026 through writing
- Connect in a supportive space where reflection is valued
- Leave with one or more questions you can carry with you into the year ahead
What to expect:
- Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
- A warm, welcoming space and supportive writers around you
- Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence
Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
Facilitated by:
