Heart of Worship Bridge CC Women's Retreat

Dates: 01/22/27 - 01/24/27 in Avila Beach!
Theme: Heart of Worship: God is Worthy of Praise
Theme passages:
1) Revelation 4:11: “Our Lord and God, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because You have created all things, and because of Your will, they exist and were created.”
2) Psalm 145:1-21

Two Options:
1) Full Retreat (overnight at the hotel)
2) Day Visit: come for the speakers and activities, but at the end, go home.
Full schedule will be e-mailed a week before the retreat.
Itinerary:
1) Various teaching/devotion and worship sessions
2) Breakfast (hotel guests) Saturday & Sunday (lunches and dinners on your own!)
3) Various activities to choose from:
(a) crafts
(b) board games, lawn games, etc.
(c) hiking,
(d) Activities and equipment included with each room:
(i) Avila Aquarium (Two Central Coast Aquarium tickets are
included),
(ii) beach equipment (two sets of beach chairs, umbrellas
and toys, including boogie boards and kites),
(iii) e-bikes (1st hour rental for 2 people/room),
(iv) Avila Access Pass offering preferred discounts to local
businesses!
I have blocked out 10 rooms for now, but can request to block out more if we need more space. Breakfast is only included for those staying the night.
Please note, that I did not cover housekeeping tips, etc., those are left to the individuals.
Parking is $10/vehicle – I am pretty sure you can figure out carpooling yourselves, so I don’t have to include that in the cost.
Room Rates Only: What is paid directly by you to the hotel: room charge: $324/room/night + taxes (approximately 12.7%) = $648 + taxes….if splitting the room up:
2 people in the room: $324 (plus tax) each
3 people in the room: $216 (plus tax) each
4 people in the room: $162 (plus tax) each
Day Rate/Retreat fees: $115 - this covers snacks, tea & coffee for both days, the conference room space, and other various expenses and fees. Please pay Carolyn directly (which can be done in installments if needed).
Total Costs for the Retreat (including registration fees, but not including parking or taxes):
1) If staying in a room by yourself: $763
2) If 2 people in room for the weekend: $439
3) If 3 people in room for the weekend: $331
4) If 4 people in room for the weekend: $277
5) If 5 people in room (limited): $245
6) If 6 people in room (limited): $223
Retreat sessions & activities only, no hotel stay: $115
If you want to go:
1) Find a friend or two (or three) to go with – rates are above - while they take your payment information, you won't be charged until you check in (there is a no-show fee).
2) Book your room by calling the Avila Beach House (formerly Avila Lighthouse Inn) and ask to speak to Ella – Phone Number is 805-627-1900. Tell her you're with the Bridge Central Coast women's group and want to book your room. (Hoping to post a link soon).
3) Tell Carolyn you’re going and who is staying in your room, so she can keep track of the fees and make sure no one accidentally double books
4) Pay Carolyn the $115 fee for registration fees
5) Tell your friends!
