Join us Tuesday for Heart of Recovery
Heart of Recovery is a support group for those of us in recovery who use Buddhist principles and practices and prefer a contemplative approach to recovery.
Time: Tuesdays 7:30-9 PM
Place: 493 Whitney Avenue, East Rock Health & Wellness (2nd Floor)
No previous meditation experience required. Meditation instruction is provided at each meeting.
