The Heart of Care Gala celebrates the 2026 National Health Center Week’s theme, “building innovative care where it matters most”, by honoring the deep roots and enduring spirit that connect Capital Area Health Network to the Richmond metropolitan area.Just like Richmond, CAHN is shaped by resilience, progress, and community. As Richmond has served as the historic heart of the Commonwealth, CAHN has spent decades serving as the trusted cornerstone of care for our neighbors. We ensure that high-quality, accessible health services reach those who need them most.
This gala brings together partners and friends of CAHN to learn more about our existing and expanding services, provides an opportunity for staff to celebrate our unwavering impact, and fuels our shared commitment to the future.
Through fellowship and philanthropy, the evening supports our ongoing work to strengthen the health of the medically underserved and keep the heart of our community beating strong for generations to come. Together, we will create a future where access to quality care is not limited by circumstance, but ensured and strengthened by community support.
Premium admission ticket holders should arrive at 6:00pm and will receive a plated dinner of their choosing. General admission ticket holders should arrive at 7:30pm, after the dinner service. There will be light snacks and a cash bar for general admission and premium admission guests. The gala will conclude by 10:00pm.
Formal attire is strongly requested, including suits and floor-length dresses. There is an optional color palette of shades of blue, sage green, brick red, and cream.
Valet, parking garage, and street parking are available for all guests; guests are responsible for their own parking.
Ticket sales end on July 15th, 2026.
