Heart of Buddha Talk and Live Stream with Rigdzin Shikpo 2022

Rigdzin Shikpo will teach this day on the ground in Oxford and we will also stream it via Zoom.

Heart of Buddha events are open to all. They are a rare opportunity to receive teachings directly from Rigdzin Shikpo. This will be the first public day teaching since the pandemic which Rigdzin Shikpo will give on the ground and will be a great opportunity to meet Rigdzin Shikpo in person after such a long time.

Whether you are new to meditation or to Buddhism, or even if you have been practising for many years, these teachings present the Maha-Ati teachings of Tibetan Buddhism in a way that is relevant and accessible to Western students.

For Heart of Buddha talks Rigdzin Shikpo chooses a topic that is close to his heart and that he feels is important to talk about at this time, which makes these talks very special and powerful.
