HEARTS stands for Heritage, Arts, and Technical Skills. This contest will encourage participation in artistic, cultural, and technical endeavors. All while offering scholarship opportunities for the youth participants. We will be offering the Hometown Stage to several cultural organizations in Waco to demonstrate cultural dances. We will also be awarding scholarships, cash, and awards to the champions from our SIX different youth art contests!
