Heart + Mind Heroes Club: 7-Session Holiday Special
About this Event
Does your child struggle to make friends, handle disappointment, accept “no” or navigate disagreements with peers?
Heart + Mind Heroes Club (HMHC) is a fun, supportive social-emotional learning (SEL) programme for children aged 4–8. Through interactive games, stories, role-play and hands-on activities, children learn and practise essential life skills in a small-group setting.
What your child will gain
- Make and maintain friendships: Learn to join in, take turns and build positive connections.
- Manage big feelings: Recognise emotions and practise strategies to stay calm.
- Think flexibly: Learn to accept different ideas, cope with changes and hear “no”.

- Grow in confidence: Build resilience and learn to try again when things get difficult.
Programme Schedule
7 sessions | 90 minutes per session
- Saturday, 21 November 2026 — 2:30pm–4:00pm
- Tuesday, 24 November 2026 — 11:00am–12:30pm
- Saturday, 28 November 2026 — 2:30pm–4:00pm
- Tuesday, 1 December 2026 — 11:00am–12:30pm
- Saturday, 5 December 2026 — 2:30pm–4:00pm
- Tuesday, 8 December 2026 — 11:00am–12:30pm
- Saturday, 12 December 2026 — 2:30pm–4:00pm
Programme fee: $720 per child for all 7 sessions.
