This is an opportunity to let go, relax into your emotions and positivity release them onto canvas.
To become more light- hearted.
A mini break for the mind.
Our exploration will begin with a relaxing, gently guided, seated Meditation to open your heart and your imagination, then we will explore some imagery and enjoy a HeArt felt play around with paint and collage. Abstracting from our emotions centred around the many positive aspects of the boundless feeling of love.
You don’t need to have painted or meditated before just bring some curiosity, an open mind and heart.
If you are an Artist this could free your sense of limitation to mark making, if you are a Meditator this could help you let go into a more present state and make your emotions become more tangible, defined.
All materials, refreshments will be included.
There will be suggestions of optional materials to bring to enhance your experience of the time we spend together.
