welcome to a world of magic and wonder, grounded in a therapeutic approach which aims to lead you into greater self-awareness, love, radical authenticity and heartfelt connection to yourself and others.
This is H.E.A.R.T. - Holistic Embodiment and Resonance Therapy.
Have you ever wondered, what is beyond the visible, audible and tangible?
Beyond the spoken word? Beyond the visible and felt action?
This feeling, that there is "something in the air", but you can't quite grasp it.
This is our space of exploration. Making the invisible visible, the unspoken spoken and the unfelt felt.
Together we are tuning into the realm of frequency, vibration and energy, the realm that is always available for us, yet we need to consciously "lift the veil".
H.E.A.R.T. is thereby based on the fundamental assumption that as humans we are ALL energetic being that in any given moment in time reside somewhere on the spectrum of frequency (fear, anger, sadness, love, gratitude, joy, etc). Wherever we are on the spectrum, defines our energetic and emotional experience and perception of life and our reality.
Within our energetic field can reside energetic entanglements and distortions like trauma, unintegrated experiences or confusion. These can distort the field and make it difficult to move freely within the field.
The more awareness we develop and the more we clear up this field and disentangle these turbulences, the more mobile we become in the field and the more we can place ourselves consciously and freely and have an impact on our personal and interpersonal experience.
Which leads to a feeling of freedom and heightened genuine joy which resides in the absence of conflict, friction and distress.
H.E.A.R.T. thereby provides a space for you to:

About the facilitator:
Žan Perko is a somatic therapist, interdisciplinary artist, movement teacher, bodyworker, and water therapist. He holds a Master’s degree in impulse, voice, and authentic movement.
He is the founder and developer of H.E.A.R.T. His journey began 14 years ago when he met one of his teachers, Angello Clemente. Since then, he has researched various therapeutic modalities, including constellation work, regresotherapy, psychodrama, and numerous somatic approaches.
For his Master's degree, he demonstrated that the impulse of all our movement starts in the heart and concluded his research with an interactive performance. For two years, he investigated involuntary movement, liminal states, and states of trance through the framework of body and voice.
Alongside his teachers, he learned about field dynamics, group processing, shadow work, and assisted in numerous group sessions and personal processes.
His research led him to understand energy work by collaborating with different shamans and healers, exploring the invisible and intangible. He met his masters while working with medicinal plants, supporting ceremonies, and learning how to dance with spirits and support people's journeys in other dimensions.
He teaches group facilitation skills, emotional processing tools, and consent frameworking. Having spent years in a TantraYoga ashram, he is skilled in holding space for the exploration of conscious sexuality.
As an aquatic practitioner, he works with rebirthing and opening our emotional bodies through the safe embrace of water.
