These mornings are about more than just movement — they’re about community, connection, and starting the day with pure joy. Whether you come to sweat, to shake, to release, or simply to remember the freedom of your own body, you’ll be held by the music, the collective energy, and the magic of this space.
We're grateful for Lakshmi Sirois, founder of The Center to Thrive and a guide in the realms of embodiment, ritual, and authentic movement, to facilitate an Authentic Movement practice for us. Lakshmi’s work helps people return to wholeness through practices of deep listening, somatic expression, and communal healing. She will open our morning with an invitation into authentic movement, cultivating presence, self-trust, and the freedom to move from the inside out. On the decks we’re thrilled to have BLØCKH34D (Montana) — weaving a journey of sounds, styles, BPMs, and genres to take us on a ride across landscapes of rhythm and imagination. Expect a mix that flows through deep grooves, uplifting peaks, and spacious moments, inviting dancers to travel the world of sound and their own inner worlds alike.
🌟 Expect an uplifting guided warm-up to ground us, a vibrant ecstatic dance journey to open hearts and move bodies, and a closing circle to bring it all home.

Address: 1950 Mass Ave Cambridge MA (Masonic Hall in Porter Sq) 3 minutes from Porter Square T! We encourage you to walk, bike and take the T. Free, on-street parking on Sundays and limited spots available at the venue. (Give yourself some extra time to find a spot as parking can be harder to find in this area.)

Heart Hive is a 501c3 organization! Instead of selling tickets, we are now accepting donations to help cover our new overhead as well as have more to properly pay talented artists and facilitators.
