About this Event
The holidays bring joy, celebration, and connection — but they can also bring stress, sugar, and long to-do lists. Heart Healthy for the Holidays is a community-centered wellness workshop designed to help you protect your heart, maintain balance, and thrive during one of the busiest seasons of the year.
Presented by the Urban League Guild, the Young Professionals Network of the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, and the NAACP Boston Branch, this event features expert voices in nutrition, mental health, and overall wellness who will provide practical, evidence-based guidance you can use right away.
Whether you’re preparing holiday meals, navigating family dynamics, or simply trying to stay grounded, this workshop offers simple strategies that support whole-person health.
