Hey ladies, this is more than a health talk, it’s a reminder that your voice matters.
Too many women are told to “wait it out,” “it’s just stress,” or “you’re fine,” when deep down they know something isn’t right.
Women’s heart symptoms often look different, and being dismissed can have serious consequences.
This in-person gathering is a space to:

? Feel more confident using your voice in healthcare
? Trust what your body is telling you
? Connect with other women who get it
❓ Ask an Advocate your real-life healthcare questions
You’ll also have time for an Ask an Advocate segment, where you can bring your questions and get practical guidance in a supportive, no-judgment space.
This is not about fear. It’s about awareness, confidence, and self-trust.
