Heart Health Awareness Class

❤️ Dr. Daniel Knowles overcame a surprise heart emergency a few years back from a congenital abnormality, of which he had been totally unaware. This illness caused congestive heart failure and heart affliction. The surgery that saved his life also resulted in a stroke.

The class focuses on increasing awareness around heart health, recognizing early warning signs, and understanding proactive steps that support prevention. Attendees will learn practical insights into lifestyle choices, monitoring, and informed care that contribute to long-term cardiovascular health and empower individuals to take an active role in their overall well-being.
