Heart Healing Meditation w/ Anando

This is a guided meditation in which you can use the powerful energy of your heart to heal a wound you may be carrying from someone, or to dissolve some uncomfortable differences or judgments you may be holding against a person.

When we close off our hearts against someone, it hurts us. And it also affects our relations with others. This technique gives you the opportunity to open up your heart and let its energy flow free again. It is not about forgiveness, it is about healing yourself.

Anando is a former Attorney and a businesswoman who quit her lucrative and successful worldly careers in the mid-1970s and traveled overland to India, where she met Osho. She lived with Osho in his two communes in Pune, India, and in Oregon, USA, for fourteen years. She worked in the commune kitchen in Pune and was chosen by Osho to be one of the mediums in his energy darshans in the late seventies. She was also part of his personal household in the eighties, traveling with him on his world tour and was one of his secretaries and caretakers in the last 4 years of his life.

Anando is also one of the women in the ASHA foundation, UK, list of 240 influential, inspiring women from all walks of life and from around the world who are outstanding in their fields.
