Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Pure Heart Collective. Through slow, nourishing movement and somatic meditation, we create safety in the body, allowing old wounds, stress, and energetic blocks to release naturally. This is not about forcing anything. It’s about listening—honoring what arises with kindness and compassion.
