A supportive space for adoptive parents and caregivers

Join us for a Parent Café focused on Parental Resilience and Social Connections, created especially for adoptive parents.

Adoptive parenting is a unique and meaningful journey that can come with its own challenges. This Café offers a safe, welcoming space to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and learn together.

During this session, we will explore:

• Ways to manage stress and build emotional strength
• How to care for yourself while supporting your child
• Understanding behaviors through a trauma-informed approach
• Building connections with others who share similar experiences

This is a judgment-free, conversation-based space where every parent’s voice matters. Together, we support one another, share ideas, and strengthen our families.
