Heart Focused Healing + Sound Bath

We will focus on shifting into a higher vibrational state of alignment through focused breathwork and visualizations meant to synchronize the heart, brain and subsequently all systems of the body. While we consciously create this harmonic heart centered resonance throughout the body we rewire our subconscious programs, heighten our awareness and harmonize the relationship we have with ourselves and others.

Be on time, please. We lock up at the start time, 4pm

Sound waves from various cosmic frequency attuned gongs, percussion, singing bowls and other harmonic instruments will weave in and out of the hour.
Please be aware that it may at times be intense, if you are sensitive to sounds, vibrations and smoke from resins burning are something you are unable to comfortably tolerate this may not be an experience for you. Please tune in and choose if this feels in alignment.
We will provide all mats and blankets, bring yourselves and water.
