Join us for a day of education and networking at St. Paul’s Hospital for Heart Failure Education Day. This in‑person event will feature expert speakers, interactive workshops, and valuable opportunities to connect with multidisciplinary professionals. Whether you’re an early‑career clinician or a seasoned practitioner, this event is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and strengthen your heart‑failure–related skills
This year is also particularly special given it’s our event’s 25th anniversary & our last year in this historic hospital building before our big move.
