Heart Expansion Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply nourishing Heart Expansion Sound Bath on February 18, 2026, from 7–8pm at Studio Bloom in Kirkland, WA. This immersive experience is designed to gently activate and balance the heart chakra, inviting greater love, compassion, emotional release, and inner harmony. Through resonant sound and vibration, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the heart can soften, open, and expand—leaving you grounded, refreshed, and reconnected to yourself and others.

Sessions are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 7–8 pm (doors open at 6:45 pm). Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort.
