Join us for a day of all things heart care! We'll have areas with helpful and free resources, screenings and education — all geared toward equipping you to have a healthy heart and life.FREE Health Screening including two heart screenings:
-Blood Pressure
-Height and Weight
-BMI
-Anemia
-Glucose
-Hemoglobin A1C (3 month average blood sugar)
-Lipid Panel (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides)
-Colon Cancer Screening
-ABI Test (a simple test screen for Peripheral Artery Disease)
-Carotid Artery Ultrasound (a simple test to screen for blockage or narrowing of the Carotid Arteries)
-Education on everything heart-related from Heart Failure, -Electrophysiology, Peripheral Vascular Disease to prevention and more
-Grab & Go, Heart-Healthy Meal
-Ask the Experts – we will have physicians and clinicians present to answer any questions from 8am-1pm
