Heart Dance: Innocent Heart

Theme:

For this dance we will explore the theme of innocence. Innocence is an agenda-less frequency of wonderment, uninhibited curiosity, playful expression, courageous vulnerability, and pure love.

Overview:

This dance is devoted to coming together to be alive in our bodies; connected to our own inner rhtyhm and inter-connected in relational presence.

The music will be a range of textures and tempos to support nervous system fluidity and our dynamic human expression.

I will be guiding our collective exploration of embodied themes as well as offering invitation into relational movement and play in dyads or small groups.

I am facilitating here in the lineage of my teacher and mentor Zuza Engler who is a student of Vincent Martínez-Grieco and has trained in the schools of both Soul Motion and Open Floor.

We will have a soft open and will close together in circle. All ages welcome. Come as you are.
