Heart Dance

This dance is devoted to coming together to be alive in our bodies in all of our perfect and imperfect divine humanity. The music will be primarily organic sounds with a range of textures and tempos to support the fluidity of our nervous system(s) and to encourage exploration of our full and dynamic human expression.

During the dance I will be lightly guiding the collective exploration of a theme as well as offering invitation into relational movement in dyads and/or small groups.

We will open softly and fluidly and close together briefly in circle.

All ages are welcome - may we be the medicine that emerges in multigenerational togetherness. There is no experience necessary.
