A community dance celebrating the eruption of life that Mother Earth is offering to us as this beautiful Spring.

Overview:
This is a relational contact (physical and/or energetic) friendly dance that encourages finding balance between moving together and moving in our individuated expression.
Note that any and all physical contact is absolutely optional. Consent, respect, and choicefullness are discussed in our opening container.
This dance is devoted to coming together to be alive in our bodies; connected to our own inner rhythm and inter-connected in relational presence.
I am facilitating here in the lineage of my teacher and mentor Zuza Engler who has trained in the schools of both Soul Motion and Open Floor.
